I can't even begin to say how amazing the team is at Game 7! Chad Turki was my recruiter, and he did an insanely good job. I have worked with several other recruiters before, but these guys really put in the work. When I was seeking new employment, I came to Game 7 based on a recommendation from my friend. Within a week they had big opportunities for me to take on and interview with. They found a great start up position for me to interview with, which became my current job that I am at still a year & 1/2 later! It's a bit of a funny story actually, I initially did the interview and to be honest I got cold feet at first with the company. I was hesitant to work for a start up and wasn't sure how well I would fit in. I let Chad know, and WOW did he go the extra mile for me!! He made some phone calls, helped me to understand the role better, and even got the CEO to call me and hype me up!! As soon as I fully understand the nuances of what I'd be doing, I felt so much more comfortable taking the leap of faith and working for a startup. Chad was amazing and I wouldn't have this position that I feel so happy and fulfilled in without him. My friend initially recommended me to Game 7, my friend's name is Craig. Craig had an opportunity through Game 7 to work for a huge satellite project!! They got him this crazy high paying gig and really represented Craig well. Interestingly, the satellite company froze hiring right before Craig came on board. Craig was delayed getting a job almost a whole month or so, due to this delay/freeze from the satellite company. I was constantly in touch with Craig, and WOW did Game 7 go the extra mile for Craig. They took crazy good care of him, represented him, gave Craig gift cards to help ensure he was doing okay, and then they found him ANOTHER satellite gig that was even better for him in the end!! Believe me, you don't find that kind of integrity, compassion, and caring from most recruiters. Game 7 really went all out and went so extra to support Craig to the fullest and find him better opportunities. To this day, Craig is still doing rust development for that new satellite company and is loving it!! If I ever need to find a new job, Game 7 Staffing will always be the first AND ONLY recruiter that I call.
