Title: Circuit Design Engineer and High-Speed Board Design Engineer
Headcount: 2
Location: Portland, OR; Onsite; 5 days/week flexibility
Contract: At least 1 year; Start: ASAP (2026-09-18)
Interview Process: One-hour hiring manager screen followed by a four-hour technical interview (9am-3pm) with 4-5 people (online); Feedback SLA: Weekly

Tech/Domain Environment:
- Analog and high-speed digital electrical engineering board and circuit design

- SPICE simulation tools, SI/PI simulation tools
- Allegro Capture / OrCAD Capture, Altium
Job Duties:
- Perform analog and high-speed digital electrical engineering board and circuit design
- Design systems utilizing 10+ gigabit signals and high-current power delivery methods
- Develop instrumentation applications for automated test equipment
- Assist other circuit design engineers across two open positions
Must Haves:
- 15 years analog/high-speed board design experience
- Recent hands-on design activity within the last 5 years
- Schematic capture proficiency required regardless of specific EDA tool (Altium, Cadence, OrCAD)
- SPICE simulation proficiency
Nice to Haves:
- Hands-on proficiency with simulation tools
Disqualifiers:
- Candidates who have not performed recent hands-on design work in the last 5 years
