Job Duties (6-10 bullets):
- Conduct hands-on thermal testing on network switches and hardware
- Perform liquid cooling evaluation and testing operations
- Handle hardware testing operations and support engineering requirements
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth testing workflows
- Support mechanical design and CAD-related tasks as needed
- Document test results and evaluate thermal performance metrics
Must Haves (hard gates; 6-12 bullets, all testable/quantified):
- Proven hands-on thermal testing experience in a production hardware environment
- Experience with NX or Creo 3D modeling tools
- Background in network switch hardware testing
- Ability to work onsite in San Jose, California
- Direct experience with liquid cooling systems or testing
Nice to Haves (5-10 bullets):
- Strong CAD work capability for mechanical design
- Prior testing experience within the networking hardware industry
