Title: Thermal Testing Engineer

Location: San Jose, CA | Onsite

Job Duties (6-10 bullets):
- Conduct hands-on thermal testing on network switches and hardware products
- Perform liquid cooling testing and evaluate thermal performance
- Execute 3D modeling and CAD work using Creo or similar tools
- Replace existing testing items and handle testing operations
- Support engineering team with mechanical design tasks
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth testing processes
Must Haves (hard gates; 6-12 bullets, all testable/quantified):
- Proven hands-on thermal testing experience
- Experience with liquid cooling systems and testing
- Proficiency with Creo 3D modeling or strong general CAD work
- Ability to work onsite in San Jose, CA
- Experience supporting hardware or network switch testing operations
Nice to Haves (5-10 bullets):
- Strong general CAD work capability
- Prior testing experience within the tech or networking hardware industry
- Familiarity with mechanical design tasks alongside testing
Disqualifiers (3-6 bullets):
- Lack of hands-on thermal testing experience
