Job Duties:
- Support full life cycle of mechanical systems from concept to productization
- Design components using metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics, and coatings
- Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI and industry best practices for GD&T
- Conduct detailed analysis including structural, thermal, and fluid flow
- Develop and conduct feasibility studies and test plans
- Prepare reports and technical presentations for design reviews
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for manufacturability
- Provide key deliverables including FMEA and technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Highly proficient in 3D CAD, Siemens Nx in production
- Hands-on experimental and design background with solid engineering skills
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in Semiconductor industry
- Experience in leading projects or problem solving under multiple priorities
Disqualifiers:
- Only academic/POC experience in mechanical engineering
- No experience with 3D CAD tools other than Siemens Nx
