Account Manager enterprise sales

Game Seven Staffing provides Engineering Resources on a contract/temporary basis. The Account Manager’s role is to build a nationwide database of clients consisting of small start-ups to large Fortune 500 companies in a variety of fields including Aerospace, Artificial Intelligence, Automotive, Consumer Products, Medical Devices, Military and Defense, Robotics, and Semiconductor. Your ability to maintain and cultivate new and existing relationships will determine your success. ABOUT THE ROLE

The Account Manager’s role is to build a nationwide database of clients consisting of small start-ups to large Fortune 500 companies in a variety of fields including Aerospace, Artificial Intelligence, Automotive, Consumer Products, Medical Devices, Military and Defense, Robotics, and Semiconductor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain a database of Engineering Managers and Ececutives who hire Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers, and Mechanical Engineers primarily in the AI infrastructure domain.
  • Generate new business through heavy cold calling, lead generation, and face-to-face meetings, marketing automation and demos.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present Case Studies and demos to customer stake holders.
  • Negotiate enterprise-level contracts and business terms (SOWs, POs, WOs) with new and existing clients in large revenue volume.
  • Manage, prospect, and develop a pipeline of key decision-makers through outbound daily call activity and email/text campaigns through the use of Bullhorn CRM, Sales Navigator, AI marketing Automation, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft 365 Office suite (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, PowerBI).
  • Achieve Quarterly sales quota provided by management

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree from 4-year accredited University

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Excellent organization and communication skills and a go-getter attitude
  • Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with rejection in a high call volume environment
  • Ability to work well with a team and have a good sense of humor
  • Intermediate experience using AI sales tools, marketing automation, Microsoft 365 Suite and prior CRM knowledge.
  • Inside sales experience negotiating enterprise-level contracts

PAY RANGE

Compensation consists of base salary plus commission.

Total OTE Pay Range Potential:

Year 1: $60,000 - $90,000

Year 2: $100,000 - $200,000

Year 3: $150,000 - $600,000
