Job Duties:
- Conduct DO-254 and DO-160 testing and certification
- Design and develop circuit boards for aerospace applications
- Implement electro-mechanical actuation systems
- Create and execute test protocols in a lab environment
- Collaborate with engineering team on project requirements
- Provide technical support for circuit board releases
Must Haves:
- 8+ years aerospace experience with DO-254 in production, p99 < 50 ms
- 8+ years aerospace experience with DO-160 in production, p99 < 50 ms
- Circuit board design experience in production, 5+ projects
- Electro-mechanical actuation experience in production, 3+ projects
Nice to Haves:
- Simulation/modeling experience with tools like MATLAB or Simulink
- Lab design and test protocol development experience, 3+ projects
- Access to lab equipment for testing design
- Experience with aerospace testing standards, 2+ projects
Disqualifiers:
- No aerospace DO-254 or DO-160 experience
- Only academic or POC experience with circuit boards
- No experience with electro-mechanical actuation
- Less than 8 years of relevant experience
- No lab experience or access to lab equipment
