Nathan Alderman is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Game 7 Staffing, which he established alongside Keely Edmonds in December 2013. With a Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and over 16 years of experience in technical recruiting, Nathan is dedicated to delivering top engineering talent to clients in a time-efficient and impactful manner.

Nathan’s expertise in staffing and technical recruitment, combined with the company’s unique approach, has helped Game 7 Staffing become a leader in the industry, serving companies from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises.

In his role as COO, Nathan focuses on refining operational processes to support Game 7’s growing client base while maintaining high standards in candidate selection. He is committed to making the hiring process simple and efficient, allowing clients to access an extensive network of hard-to-find engineers who value the integrity of their work.

Outside of his professional life, Nathan enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and keeping a keen eye on the stock market. His commitment to work-life balance is reflected in his approach to both business and family life.
